Course Description

This course is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to run effective meetings, whether they are leading or participating. Participants will learn about the importance of preparation, including setting clear objectives and creating structured agendas. The course will cover techniques for managing discussions, encouraging participation, and addressing conflicts that may arise during meetings. Additionally, attendees will explore various decision-making tools and strategies for ensuring follow-up actions are clearly defined and communicated. By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of how to facilitate productive meetings that drive results and foster collaboration among team members.
