Course Description

This CLE course provides an in-depth exploration of trial presentation software and its application in the courtroom. Participants will learn how to effectively utilize tools such as Sanction to create compelling presentations of evidence, enhancing the persuasiveness of their arguments. The course will cover best practices for preparing and presenting evidence, including the integration of visuals and multimedia to engage juries and improve retention. Attendees will also gain insights into the collaborative processes between attorneys and technical support staff, ensuring seamless presentations during trials. Through demonstrations and real-world examples, participants will leave equipped with practical strategies to elevate their courtroom presentations and improve trial outcomes.
