State sought damages and injunctive relief, alleging that Defendant, Arizona Podiatry Association maintained a code of ethics provision restricting members’ form of advertising and solicitation of patients. In order to resolve the dispute without further litigation, the parties entered a consent decree enjoining the association from restraining its members from certain forms of advertising and solicitation of patients.
