Plaintiff state alleged that the defendant auto body shops and shop owners had several meetings in the Longmont area at which they agreed to raise their basic labor, mechanical and material rates. Under the settlement, the defendants agree to refrain from engaging in any discussions or agreements about the price for any auto body repair service. They also agreed to pay $92,000 in penalties and costs. The named defendants are Rocky Mountain Paint & Body, Inc., Casey Najera, Midwest Auto Body, Inc., Richard H. Bauer, Wanda Juleen Bauer, Weber Auto Body, Vernon L. Weber, Long Motor Company and Bradford Long.
