State sought damages and injunctive relief, alleging that Defendant, Connecticut Oxygen Corporation, fixed the prices and exchanged pricing information for medical gas supplies. In order to resolve the dispute without further litigation, Defendant was permanently enjoined from fixing prices and exchanging pricing information. Additionally, Defendant was required to pay $15,000 to the Attorney General for costs of the investigation.
