Case Description
Following an investigation by the NY Attorney General that turned up evidence of ongoing discussion and manipulation of price offered to consumers by a BMW dealer, located in Buffalo, Holtz, and a BMW dealer located in Rochester, Towne. Holtz and Towne agreed to enter into assurances of discontinuance to refrain for 3 years from any agreement or communication about price or customers with any other BMW dealer.
