Case Description
According to the complaint, Earl F. Andersen, Inc. of Bloomington, Minnesota and Dakota Fence Company of Fargo, North Dakota conspired to rig bids on two public contracts for the provision and installation of playground equipment in the Minnesota cities of Rogers and Corcoran. The companies allegedly agreed that Dakota Fence Company would submit a high bid on the two contracts. Each company will pay a $7,000 civil penalty.
