Case Description
State sought damages and injunctive relief, alleging that Defendant, New Jersey Pharmaceutical Association conspired to fix the prices and set fee schedules for prescription items. In order to resolve the dispute without further litigation, the parties entered a consent judgement in which Defendant agreed to refrain from establishing fee schedules or fixing the prices for prescription goods. Additionally, Defendant agreed to pay $27,500 to reimburse the State for investigative costs.
