State sought damages and injunctive relief, alleging that Defendant, Nurses Private Duty Registry, Inc., established fee schedules and fixed the prices of private duty nursing services. In response to the State’s allegations, the parties entered a final judgment enjoining Defendant from establishing fee schedules or fixing the prices of private duty nursing services. Additionally, Defendant agreed to pay $2500 for the costs of the State’s investigation.
