State of Ohio filed a complaint regarding the BP/Amoco merger, alleging potential violations of state antitrust laws. Consent decree was entered. BP/Amoco agreed to divest terminal assets to a third party to foster competition. Defendants also agreed to pay Ohio costs of $43,000.
