State of Ohio filed suit on behalf of five school districts in the Dayton area. Complaint accused the defendants of meeting monthly to fix prices of electrical wire and conduit. Case was settled by consent decree. Defendants paid $11,575 and agreed to be inspected and interviewed upon the request of the AG for a period of 5 years.
