Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office filed an action in February 1991 in federal court in Harrisburg against four companies and three individuals alleging a conspiracy to fix the prices received by the Commonwealth for used State Police automobiles at Commonwealth vehicle auctions. All of the defendants settled in mid-1992 for a total of $22,000.00.
