State of Texas filed suit against defendants for civil penalties, injunction and attorney fees, alleging defendants had conspired to fix prices of gasoline in and around Plainview, Texas. The matter was referred to mediation and was settled with Defendants agreeing to permanent injunction and payment, collectively, of $165,000.
