Case Description
State of Texas filed three suits alleging Defendants conspired to rig bids of architectural flat glass for school districts & other governmental interests in Texas. Three suits (State v Lubbock Glass & Mirror Co., and Delbert Sanders ; State v KK Glass, Inc., Kenneth E. Taylor and Kevin Taylor; State v Crafton Glass, Inc.) were settled with Defendants agreeing to injunctive relief & payment, collectively, of $400,000 for attorney fees.
