State alleged that Defendants conspired to fix, stabilize & otherwise control prices of funeral/crematory service for Texas consumers in Cameron & Hidalgo counties in Texas. The settlement included injunctive provisions against price-fixing, and requirements that pricing be submitted to the state for review.
