Case Description
State sought damages and injunctive relief, alleging that Defendant pharmacies conspired to fix the price of prescription drugs and agreed not to deal with insurers and other third-party payors. As a result of the litigation, the parties entered a consent decree in which Defendants were enjoined from entering any agreement to fix prices or refuse to deal with insurers or any other third-party payor. Additionally, Defendants were required to pay the Office of the Attorney General $2500 in costs and attorneys fees.
