The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) offers nonpartisan 2020 election information about the races for attorney general in the states and territories.
In addition to the elections, some attorneys general are appointed by the governor, chosen by the state legislature (Maine) or selected by the state Supreme Court (Tennessee). The map and the information chart below offers links to official state election websites, candidates and candidate campaign sites.

|New Hampshire||The governor appoints the attorney general of New Hampshire. Incumbent Governor Chris Sununu is running for re-election.|
