Erika Flaschner is a Deputy Attorney General at the Delaware Department of Justice (DDOJ). She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the University of Baltimore School of Law. Since joining the DDOJ in 2015, Erika has served as a criminal prosecutor. She has held leadership roles, including Assistant Unit Head of the Wilmington Felony Trial Unit and Unit Head of the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit. Throughout her tenure, Erika has prosecuted a wide range of serious offenses, including homicides, sexual assaults, violent gangs, and complex drug and firearms cases.
