In his thirty years at the Missouri and Ohio Attorneys General offices, Jack McManus litigated hundreds of environmental, tax and constitutional law cases, served in a variety of management positions and ran trial, deposition and other training programs. He currently works as Deputy City Counselor for the City of Columbia, Missouri handling a wide on a wide range of subjects, including airport regulation, labor law, environmental law and contract negotiation. He is a trainer for the National Attorneys General Training & Research Institute and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
