Jeena Cho is a partner with JC Law Group PC, a San Francisco law firm. She is the co-author of the best seller book, The Anxious Lawyer, An 8-Week Guide to a Joyful and Satisfying Law Practice Through Mindfulness and Meditation (ABA). She is a regular contributor to ABA Journal, and Above the Law.
She has completed the teacher training course for mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). In addition, she has completed two compassion-cultivation training programs at Stanford University as well as attended over a dozen multi-day silent meditation retreats.
Jeena has presented over 100 mindfulness workshops at law firms, as well as bar associations, including the American Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
She regularly speaks and leads workshops on mindfulness, meditation, women’s issues, diversity, wellness, resiliency and productivity.
