Stacy Morey is a Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General where she oversees ten divisions, including: Litigation; Consumer Protection; Pharmacy Benefits Management; and Medicaid Fraud. Stacy has spent much of her legal career in state government serving in a variety of leadership roles including Chief Legal Counsel for the State Bureau of Investigation and Deputy General Counsels for the Tax Commission and the Department of Health. Her prior legal experience also includes a decade as the managing partner in private practice for a law firm that concentrated on the family law needs of women and children and as a criminal prosecutor where her practice focused on gang prosecution and violent crimes. She is a frequent speaker at state and national conferences for public sector and private entities on a variety of topics including trial advocacy, leadership, ethics and technology, consumer protection, and criminal and civil litigation. In 2024, Stacy was awarded the NAAG Faculty of the Year Award, and she was recently featured in The Journal Record’s “Young Legal Professionals Power List”. She holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.
