WHO: The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) is holding its Presidential Initiative Summit with a theme of, “Evolving Challenges in the American Health Care Marketplace.” NAAG President and Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen will host, and 22 state attorneys general will attend.
WHAT: Issues to be addressed will be the future of health care reform, prescription drug costs, consolidation and potential state law barriers to competition.

Panelists include representatives from the American Enterprise Institute, America’s Health Insurance Plans, American Hospital Association, American Medical Association, Center for Health Policy Research and Ethics, Center on Health Insurance Reforms, Federal Trade Commission, Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, and U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
