We are an association whose membership is the Attorneys General and chief legal officers of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and associated Territories. Our charter does not include regulatory or enforcement powers. Please note that we cannot answer specific legal questions or provide legal advice.
