That year, she began her career in public service with the Government of Puerto Rico. From 2009 to 2012, she served as Director of the Legal Division of the Administration for Child Support (ASUME). From 2012 to 2022, she worked as a Family Affairs Attorney for the Department of Justice, holding various positions including Administrator of the Autonomous Municipality of Ponce and Assistant Secretary of Administration for the Department of State.
In 2022, she was appointed Superior Judge, a position she held until December 2024, when she resigned to join the executive branch of public service as Director of the Judicial and Executive Appointments Office of La Fortaleza.
