This webinar will examine how prosecutors can develop and present a persuasive case theory that connects the legal framework with a compelling presentation of the facts.

  • Part I will address building a fact-based narrative grounded in the law.
  • Part II will explore how to apply storytelling techniques – theme, framing, perspective, and strategic emphasis – to enhance persuasion and clarity.

Prosecutors will gain practical tools to strengthen case presentation from initial theory development through to closing argument.
