The Bankruptcy Bulletin is a periodic (5-6 times per year) publication of the National Attorneys General Training and Research Institute (NAGTRI), a branch of the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG). It is a summary of federal court decisions and bankruptcy news over the preceding months that may be of interest to attorneys general offices and others who deal with any of the matters that may be impacted by bankruptcy proceedings, including tax, pension and general collection matters; environmental issues, consumer protection, child support and many other areas.
