The conference will provide a forum in which state solicitors general and appellate chiefs can exchange ideas and obtain information that will help improve each state’s appellate practice.
Among the expected speakers are Judges Leondra Kruger and Jeffrey Sutton, and Jeffrey Fisher, Pamela Karlan, Orin Kerr, Erin Murphy, and Misha Tseytlin.
The program will begin on the morning of Thursday, September 15 and end at 4:30 p.m. PT on Friday, September 16.
This training is a closed session for attorneys general and attorney general staff only. NAAG will apply for CLE per CLE accrediting body guidelines.
Scholarship Nominations
One scholarship is available for this conference for each attorney general office that is a member of NAAG.

Registration is complimentary for those attorney general staff members, but travel and lodging expenses would be handled by the attorney general office.
