Bankruptcy from a Governmental Perspective
NAGTRI’s Annual Bankruptcy Seminar will be held online, on October 27-28 and November 2-4, from approximately 12:45 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern time each day. As in prior years, the program will have segments catering to everyone from bankruptcy novices learning the basics to the pros in the office with a wealth of experience looking to discuss the latest hot topics. We will also have breakout sessions between those primarily dealing with regulatory issues versus those handling tax debts. The sessions are presented by a mix of experienced government counsel, private counsel and professors, and judges who have been handling those hot issues.
Program sessions will be presented with the assumption that attendees will have viewed and/or are familiar with the information presented in the Bankruptcy 101 Webinar series held on-line earlier this year in July.
If you were unable to participate in the webinar series, the recordings and written materials will be available to you immediately upon registering for this seminar via our learning management system. It is highly recommended that you review the information before attending the seminar.
