This webinar will provide members of the attorney general community and the general public an overview of federal and state laws or policies that aim to ensure parity in coverage of mental health and substance use treatment as compared to other medical care. The webinar will also feature the experiences of treatment providers navigating these issues as well as attorney general office staff working to address noncompliance in their jurisdictions.

This webinar is made possible by a grant from the Attorney General Consumer and Prescriber Education Grant Program. The Attorney General Consumer and Prescriber Education Grant Program is funded by the multi-state settlement of consumer fraud claims regarding the marketing of the prescription drug Neurontin. If you have any questions about the content of the webinar, please email Caroline Lannon and Amanda B. Pariseault at clannon@naag.org and apariseault@naag.org.
