Tuesday, April 27 at 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. ET

United States Supreme Court decisions directly affect attorney general offices’ ability to enforce state laws and defend government officials’ conduct. In this program, NAAG’s Center for Supreme Court Advocacy will host two of the nation’s leading U.S. Supreme Court practitioners to discuss the Supreme Court’s current Term.

Pam Karlan is the principal deputy assistant attorney general of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Before taking that position, she was co-director of Stanford’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. She is the co-author of leading casebooks on constitutional law, constitutional litigation, and the law of democracy. Erin Murphy is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she focuses on Supreme Court, appellate, and constitutional litigation.

Visit the NAAG Center for Supreme Court Advocacy for more resources and analysis.
