This webinar is hosted by the NAGTRI Center for Leadership Development.

This webinar will look at how we can transition from managing crisis to a more balanced approach that will serve us in the face of continued uncertainty and change in our environment. We will discuss how long-term uncertainty can affect us – both personally and professionally – with a focus on what we can do to effectively manage our responses to things beyond our control.

We will review techniques that can help to maintain your equanimity so that you have tools to turn to feel less anxious in the current environment. The discussion will include an analysis of situations that can lead to feeling situationally overwhelmed and applications of tools that can help you feel more in control. We will cover how to redefine success, how we can reset goals to meet our current needs, and steps we can take to help ourselves so that we can bring our best selves to the table at work and at home.
