The Delaware Department of Justice is seeking a Deputy Attorney General (“DAG”) to join its Civil Division Fiscal Integrity and Protection Unit, to represent the Department of Elections and the State Board of Elections.  The Department of Elections is the state agency charged with registering people to vote, conducting fair and impartial elections, administering polling places, educating voters, managing campaign finance, and collecting and reporting election results.

Delaware’s Attorney General, the State’s chief law enforcement officer, has a broad responsibility to combat crime, uphold civil rights, safeguard families, fight fraud, and protect consumers in the First State.
