The Oregon Department of Justice is seeking outstanding, current first- and second-year law students to fill law clerk positions beginning May 2026. In an ongoing effort to attract and retain diverse candidates, we are hopeful you’ll be willing to share our posting with qualified law students you know or have mentored. If you are able to distribute to members of associations you lead, student organizations, or workgroups you participate in or support, that will be helpful too. I am available by phone or email to answer questions or if help is needed with the online application process.
