Senior Assistant Attorney General – Consumer Protection: The Office of the West Virginia Attorney General is currently seeking an attorney for a senior management position in our Consumer Protection division. Candidates must have at least five (5) years of senior management experience, specifically managing attorneys and staff as well as some day-to-day operations in the office. Successful candidates will have experience handling high-profile, complex, and multi-state litigation. Candidates must have an active WV law license or be eligible for admission. The Senior Attorney’s responsibilities will include some supervisory administrative functions, such as the use of time management software to maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave.
