Case Description
Delaware sought civil penalties, injunctive relief, damages, fees and costs, alleging Defendant, Bayshore, Inc. engaged in an illegal tying arrangement by conditioning the lease of a lot upon the purchase of a new mobile home. The parties entered into a Consent Order enjoining the Defendant from conditioning the lease of a mobile home lot to the purchase of a mobile home from the Defendant or any other designated source. Additionally, the Defendant agreed to pay $500.00 to the Special Law Enforcement Assistance Fund for costs and attorneys fees.
