Case Description
Delaware sought civil penalties, injunctive relief, damages, fees and costs, alleging Defendants, White House Beach, Inc. and White House Beach Mobile Home Sales engaged in an illegal tying arrangement by conditioning the lease of a lot upon the purchase of a new mobile home. The parties entered into a Final Consent Order enjoining the Defendant from conditioning the lease of a mobile home lot to the purchase of a mobile home from the Defendant or any other designated source. Additionally, the Defendant agreed to pay $300.00 to the Special Law Enforcement Assistance Fund for costs and attorney’s fees.
