State’s complaint charged paper manufacturer with tying purchase of pulpwood from contractors or brokers to the purchase of sawlogs by the contractor or broker. Consent Decree enjoins this practice. In addition, the manufacturer was enjoined from operating a awslog brokerage program inthe state unless its pulpwood buyer was separate and independent from its sawlog purchaser and the two pruchasers refrained from any communication on the purchases.
