Case Description

State of Ohio sued the Ohio Vision Service under the Sherman Act for unlawfully price fixing and devising a scheme to boycott competitors. Case ended in settlement. No money was exchanged but OVS agreed to reform their business practices and allow the Attorney General to inspect the company’s books and corporate materials as needed. Term of the agreement ran until 1991.
