Case Description
State sought damages, civil penalties and forfeiture of the corporate charter, alleging that Defendant conspired with others to fix the retail prices of gasoline. In order to resolve the dispute without further litigation, Defendant agreed to an injunction against the alleged conduct and also agreed to pay $890,000 in costs and penalties.
