Case Description
State of Texas filed suit for damages, civil fines and injunction, alleging defendant and others rigged bids to certain governmental entities for the sale and distribution of wholesale grocery products in Harris County, Texas. The case settled with defendant agreeing to injunction and payment to State of $35,000 in civil fines and $40,000 for attorney fees. Other co-conspirators with whom State settled include White Swan, Inc. and Sysco Corporation.
