State of Texas filed suit alleging Defendants conspired to rig bids for milk to school districts in Texas. Suit was settled with seven separate settlements which included injunctive provisions and collective payment of a total of $15,400,000, of which $1,505,000 was for civil fines, $13,045,000 was for damages for school districts and $850,000 was for attorneys fees and investigative costs.
