Case Description
Wisconsin’s agreement with the two Kenosha hospitals, Kenosha Hospital and Medical Center and St. Catherine’s Hospital, provided that in exchange for the Attorney General’s agreement not to challenge the proposed merger between the hospitals, the hospitals committed to return millions in savings to the Kenosha community and to operate the merged hospital, to be called Siena Healthcare System, Inc., in an open, pro-competitive manner.
