Amanda S. Jordan received her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Tennessee. After receiving her law degree, she took a position at the TN Attorney General’s Office in 2011 where she currently works as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Law Division. She defends the State and its employees in federal civil rights actions and tort claims brought in all federal courts, state courts, and the Tennessee Claims Commission. Her primary client agencies are the Department of Transportation, the Department of Safety & Homeland Security, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
