Edith Pacillo is a Lead Deputy Attorney General at the Idaho Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division. She has worked for the attorneys general in both New Hampshire and Idaho for a total of more than 15 years. She has litigated on behalf of and provided legal advice to numerous state agencies. Edith also practiced in the private sector for several years, where she represented government agencies and private clients in business and financial transactions. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Karen L. Lansing, Idaho Court of Appeals. She is a graduate of Temple University, Suffolk University Law School, and completed her third year of law school as a visiting law student at Arizona State University. She is a Faculty Member for the National Association of Attorneys General. She is an active member of Attorneys for Civic Education. She is an Adjunct Faculty Member at University of Idaho College of Law.
