Francis X. Sullivan is the Deputy Director (Litigation) for the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation. He previously served as an assistant attorney general in the Wisconsin Department of Justice, concentrating on civil litigation in a variety of practice areas. Before that, he was an associate at the Madison firm of Bell, Moore & Richter, where his wife Sheila is a partner. He has been a NAAG Training faculty member since 2012.
