Heather LaFon joined NAGTRI in August 2021 as compliance specialist.  Prior to joining NAGTRI, Heather spent 13 years in NCAA division I athletics compliance, specializing in eligibility, financial aid, data management and waivers.  Prior to athletics, Heather spent 10 years in admissions and recruiting at Virginia Tech.  Heather holds both a bachelor’s degree in marketing management and a master’s degree in education from Virginia Tech.
