Jennifer Huxoll serves as the Civil Litigation Bureau Chief for the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office, providing representation in all types of civil cases brought against the State of Nebraska and its employees. During her time with the Attorney General’s Office she has specialized in employment and environmental law, as well as general civil litigation and government practice. Prior to her time with the Attorney General’s Office, Ms. Huxoll was in private practice working in the additional areas of family and criminal law. Ms. Huxoll is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law and is admitted to practice before the Nebraska Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court for the District of Nebraska, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
