Joe Jordano, a veteran of numerous federal and state jury trials, has been litigating cases for over twenty years. Prior to February 2000, he served as a Partner in the Omaha law firm of Fitzgerald, Schorr, Barmettler & Brennan, P.C., where he litigated products liability, personal injury, commercial, employment and ERISA matters. During his time in private practice he participated in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy basic and advanced programs. In 2000 he joined the Connecticut Attorney General’s office. Since then he has litigated employment, torts and civil rights cases for that office. He has B.A. and M.A. degrees from Fairfield University and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law.
