NAAG submitted comments in response to the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”)’s request for public comments for its June 12, 2019 Roundtable with State Attorneys General, which was part of the FTC’s public hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century. In these Comments, NAAG offered our perspective on the status and direction of antitrust enforcement with respect to four of the FTC’s proposed topics.
