NAAG endorsed the Federal Initiative to Guarantee Health by Targeting (FIGHT) Fentanyl Act, which would permanently classify fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I drugs. Schedule I drugs are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse.
